Meet the Team
The Global Institute of Credit Professionals (GICP) comprises three key governance bodies - the Management Board, the Advisory Board and the Syllabus Committee - each bringing together credit and financial services experts.
The GICP is run by the Management Board. The GICP's Advisory Board provides the GICP with strategic advice. The Syllabus Committee is responsible for ensuring topicality and integrity of the GICP's and the GCC's syllabus and examinations.

Executive Director
Andreas Karaiskos is the CEO of Fitch Learning. He has over 20 years' experience developing and managing numerous teams and businesses focusing on delivering high quality education and services to the financial services industry. Prior to joining Fitch Learning, Andreas worked at HSBC and Barclays where he was responsible for strategic development across Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Banking and Global Markets.

Kevin is a Managing Director responsible for Product Strategy. His focus is on developing and improving global products. He has a background in software development and a particular interest in the ability of technology to create fundamental changes in markets and industries. Kevin holds an MBA from London Business School.

Diane Leadbetter-Conway has more than 25 years' experience of authoring study texts, assessments, and interactive eLearning modules for the financial services. Her experience encompasses a wide range of corporate, retail and investment banking examinations, graduate, and public training courses. She has spent the last 10 years designing and developing customized training solutions to support international clients at Fitch Learning.

John is Business Development Director for the GICP. He started his career in executive search, working with some of the most prominent buy and sell-side institutions, before joining Debtwire, where he managed a global portfolio of clients. John holds a BA in philosophy from the University of Nottingham.

Aisha has over 15 years of experience in public and private sectors leading large-scale change and technology projects. Currently she is responsible for the innovation, production, and maintenance of eLearning products globally. Aisha has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and holds an advanced qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Tracy Williams
Tracy Williams
Tracy Williams has over 27 years of experience in investment and corporate banking, and risk management, most recently at JP Morgan Chase where he was Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group. Tracy teaches courses for international financial institutions, covering a diverse range of subjects including corporate finance, analysis, equity valuation and risk management. Tracy has a BA in economics and mathematics from Yale University and an MBA in finance and business economics from Columbia University.
Maya Younes
Maya Younes
Maya is a senior credit and investment specialist with more than a decade of experience in the banking industry. Currently a credit trainer at Fitch Learning, she has been training banking students in finance, credit analysis and ESG. Previously, Maya worked for two years in a multi-family office based in Geneva, and before that, she was a senior credit risk practitioner. Maya holds a Global MBA, and a Bachelor's degree in economics and finance.
Jo Lock
Jo Lock
Jo Lock specializes in credit risk management in the financial institutions space. She delivers core training in the fields of credit and risk and in ESG and sustainable finance for Fitch Learning. Jo has rich experience of risk management roles with BNP Paribas and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Jo holds a degree in commerce with German from Birmingham University, and a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge.
David Harper
David Harper
David Harper has held a number of senior credit roles, including as Head of EMEA Credit at Nomura International where he was responsible for the teams focusing on principal finance, private equity credit and valuation analysis. His experience has given him knowledge of and insight into a wide range of transaction types, traded instruments and credit issues. David holds an MBA from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's in philosophy from the University of Hull.
Tung Hon

Tung is a seasoned training specialist. He conducts fundamental, intermediate, and advanced corporate credit seminars, with a particular emphasis on ratings and analytical methodologies, corporate finance, and special industry courses. Tung has been training since 2011. He designed and delivered various credit courses for banks and financial institutions in Asia. Tung worked closely with financial institutions, developing training programs to tailor to their needs.
Belinda Green
Belinda Green
Belinda is an experienced corporate banker and credit risk trainer, with proven expertise in corporate credit risk and cash flow analysis, loan structuring and documentation, credit reasoning & writing, identifying and managing problem loans, and loan portfolio management. Belinda has extensive experience in designing and delivering multi-level credit risk training programmes for leading banks across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She also facilitates training to senior credit committee and board members on risk culture and decision-making.
