Andreas Karaiskos is the CEO of Fitch Learning. With more than 20 years’ experience in leadership positions Mr Karaiskos has developed and managed numerous teams and businesses focused on delivering high quality education and services to the financial services industry.
Mr Karaiskos is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and founding member of the UAE’s ACCA Advisory Committee.
Adam Ahmed

Meghan Neenan

Meghan Neenan is a managing director and the North American head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions. Her coverage includes investment managers, business development companies, consumer and commercial finance companies, leasing companies, securities firms and financial market infrastructure companies. Prior to joining Fitch in June 2006, Meghan was an equity analyst at Morningstar, Inc. covering companies in the financial institutions industry. She began her career as a bank examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, analyzing a wide range of institutions, from small community banks to large, complex banking organizations.
Kaitlin Howard
Head of Unsecured Funding - Credit, New York, Blue Owl
Kaitlin Howard is a Managing Director on the Credit Finance and Capital Markets team at Blue Owl, where she serves as Head of Unsecured Funding. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in investment banking and financial services, with deep expertise across unsecured funding, bank relationship management, and capital markets execution. At Blue Owl, Kaitlin oversees the unsecured funding strategy and manages key banking partnerships for the firm’s BDCs. She also leads a team responsible for arranging and managing corporate-level revolving credit facilities, Credit Platform sublines, and rating agency engagement and relationship management for the BDCs, ensuring the firm maintains robust and diversified financing sources.
Seth H. Meyer
Chief Financial Officer, Hercules Capital, Inc.
Seth is the Chief Financial Officer for Hercules Capital. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting, as well as capital management and operational finance functions.
Seth joined Hercules in 2019 and has more than 30 years of international business management and strategic planning experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as CFO of Swiss Re’s Commercial Insurance business, where he led a global finance team focused on business development, M&A, financial planning and reporting, and capital management.
Seth held several senior roles at Swiss Re, including Group Tax Director and Finance Division Operating Officer, before being appointed CFO in 2011. Prior to Swiss Re, he held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jackson National Life Insurance Company, KPMG Peat Marwick, and Burke & Stegman CPAs.
Seth Meyer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University where he also completed a Masters of Business Administration.
Belinda Ghetti
Head of Structured Credit Alternative Products, Fitch Ratings
Belinda Ghetti is a seasoned structured finance professional with deep expertise in credit ratings and structured credit products.
She leads the Structured Credit Alternative Group at Fitch Ratings, where she focuses on non-traditional private credit securitizations, credit fund finance, rated note feeders, asset-based finance (ABF), and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions. Prior to Fitch, Belinda served as Co-Head of U.S. Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) at S&P Global.
She is a recognized thought leader who regularly engages with investors, issuers, arrangers, and regulators, and has represented her employers in numerous conference panels and media appearances.
Daniel Pietrzak
Partner and Global Head of Private Credit, KKR
Daniel Pietrzak joined KKR in 2016 and is a Partner and the Global Head of Private Credit. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Pietrzak was a managing director and the co-head of Deutsche Bank’s structured finance business. Mr. Pietrzak holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University. Mr. Pietrzak serves on the Lehigh University Board of Trustees and serves on the Board of Directors of First Tee – Metropolitan New York.
Greg Fayvilevich
Financial Institutions / Global Head of Fund & Asset Management, Managing Director, Fitch Ratings
Greg Fayvilevich is the global head of Fitch Ratings’ fund and asset management group. Greg has worked at Fitch Ratings for over fifteen years, holding senior analytical positions in Fitch’s US funds and financial guarantee groups. Prior to joining Fitch, he was a financial analyst at Chubb and holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University.
John Wilton
Director, Global Institute of Credit Professionals
John is Business Development Director for the GICP. He started his career in executive search, working with some of the most prominent buy and sell-side institutions, before joining Debtwire, where he managed a global portfolio of clients. John holds a BA in philosophy from the University of Nottingham.

Winnie provides actionable strategies to institutional investors in the fixed income markets across the globe, working with fundamental analysts to provide a holistic view of the corporate credit markets. Prior to her current role at CreditSights, Winnie was the Head of Credit Strategy and a Managing Director at Wells Fargo.
Zachary Griffiths

Zachary Griffiths joined CreditSights in August 2022 as a Senior Strategist covering U.S. Investment Grade Credit. Immediately prior to joining CreditSights, he was a Macro Strategist at Wells Fargo Securities primarily focused on USD rates, inflation and government bond supply. He frequently appears on key financial news networks such as Bloomberg TV, CNBC and Yahoo Finance. His work is also regularly quoted in major financial news publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and Reuters. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Andrew Hedlund is the Managing Editor at LevFin Insights, where he oversees the private credit coverage. He has covered the asset class for a decade, previously at Private Debt Investor and London Stock Exchange Group.
